Nolan County’s Most Wanted Fugitive

The Nolan County Sheriff’s Office is actively searching for Roman Angelo Royal, a fugitive who has been hiding to avoid detection by law enforcement. Royal has an outstanding felony warrant issued out of Nolan County for Unauthorized Use of Vehicle, as well as additional out-of-county felony warrants. The Nolan County Sheriff’s Office needs your help to bring Royal to justice. He is a 23 year-old black male, 5’11”, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Royal will most likely be accompanied by his girlfriend, Christina Batten, a 18 year-old white female, 5’6”, 135 pounds with blonde hair and green eyes. The duo was last known to reside at 609 Pease, Sweetwater.
