The Nolan County Sheriff's Office values and recognizes the need for public assistance in tracking fugitives. In an effort to assist and promote public safety and welfare, this page was designed to provide community access to selected offender information, consistent with the spirit and intent of the Texas Open Public Records Act (OPRA).

Visitors should keep in mind, that although every effort is made to keep the Most Wanted web page as complete and accurate as possible, the information contained herein is deemed accurate but not guaranteed. The information may change frequently; therefore, it may not reflect the true current location, status, or other information regarding an offender. Furthermore certain offenders, at the discretion of the Nolan County Sheriff's Office and in conjunction with other law enforcement agencies, may be excluded from the web page.
