NORMAN, WILLIE LEE JR

On Monday, November 23, 2015, a Nolan County deputy traveled to an apartment located in the 1600 block of Grand Avenue to serve a civil document. Unknown to the deputy, the apartment would lead to the discovery of a wanted felon who had been avoiding apprehension. During the service, the deputy immediately recognized the female as being in a relationship with Willie Norman, a Sweetwater man wanted by Taylor County authorities for Robbery, a felony offense. While speaking with the female, the deputy could hear a male voice coming from inside the residence and was subsequently allowed to enter, locate and apprehend Norman.
