The Nolan County Sheriff’s Office welcomes new Deputy

Steven Guerra was sworn in Monday morning at the Nolan County Sheriff’s Office as the newest deputy sheriff. In attendance at the swearing in were a couple of his new colleagues including, Sheriff David Warren. Steven is a native of Dumas, Texas, and a 2011 Canadian High School graduate. He graduated from the Panhandle Regional Law Enforcement Academy, in Amarillo, and has been in law enforcement for three years, including working as a patrol officer for the Dumas Police Department, and a patrol deputy for the Sherman County Sheriff’s Office. Please help us in welcoming Steven, his wife and daughter to our community.
