For Deputy Sheriff Sam Cobos of the Nolan County Sheriff's Office, and members with the Sweetwater Police Department, 32nd District Attorney's Office, West Texas Child Advocacy Center, and Child Protective Services, participation in this conference means more than professional development. It is a reaffirmation of their shared mission to safeguard the innocence and dignity of every child in our community.

As these professionals return from Dallas, they do so armed with new knowledge, skills, resources, and determination. Their dedication and the lessons learned will shape investigations, prosecutions, victim support and how prevention efforts are deployed in Nolan County, and beyond, ensuring that the fight to protect our children remains strong, united, and ever vigilant.
