Deputies assist in the execution of a capital murder warrant

Nolan County deputies assisted the Roscoe Police Department in arresting Christopher Devon Boyd, 21, a man wanted on a Capital Murder charge for the death of Justin Vaughn, of Snyder. On Thursday, February 11, 2016, Nolan County deputies, Investigators with the 32nd Judicial District Attorney’s Office, Nolan County Constable and DPS were on hand to assist the Roscoe Police Department in serving an arrest warrant shortly before 12pm, in Roscoe. After securing a perimeter, entry was made into a residence where Boyd was located and taken into custody without incident.
