Sheriff Villanueva swears in new Detention Officer

On Monday, May 5, 2025, Sheriff James Villanueva administered the oath of office to Daniel Mendoza, a newly appointed Detention Officer at the Nolan County Sheriff’s Office.

This marks Daniel's inaugural journey into the realm of law enforcement, and he is excited about the opportunity of being a part of and contributing to the jail division.

Daniel received his badge in the presence of his family and new colleagues to commemorate this special occasion.
